Start with an operational problem
Shipment creation and order entry required manual effort. I architected and deployed an intelligent order processing system using OpenAI and Gemini to automate those activities.
The system reduced the manual workload for this function by nearly 40%, allowing team capacity to move to higher-value tasks.
That is the kind of AI work I find meaningful: a specific operational problem, a useful application, and an outcome the team can feel in its day-to-day work.

My work is also about aligning technology investments with business priorities and helping the team execute. At ASM Group, that includes advancing an AI-first direction within an EOS-driven organization.
The broader goal is to automate more than 50% of manual back-office tasks. That is an ongoing ambition, distinct from the results already achieved in order processing.
For me, the connection between these initiatives is simple: thoughtful architecture and practical automation should help a business grow without making every increase in volume an increase in manual work.
